Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with startups and product companies actively hiring.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with founders, CXOs, HR heads, and hiring managers.
  • Drive end-to-end business development: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closure.
  • Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, funding news, and industry movements to spot high-potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.


Key Requirements

  • 3–7 years of BD / sales experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting (must).
  • Strong network with startup ecosystem and product companies is a big plus.
  • Proven track record of winning new clients and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
