**Team Overview:**
The Global Risk & Compliance Organization ("GRC") independently oversees the company's risk-taking and risk management activities, including the comprehensive identification, management, and mitigation of risks within the Company's risk appetite. GRC ensures the company operates in a safe, sound and fully compliant manner within all applicable regulatory expectations. We create and maintain the overall risk management framework while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

The Financial Risk Management within Global Risk and Compliance (GRC) is responsible for identifying and managing Credit Risk, Model Risk, Market & Liquidity Risk, External Fraud risk and Financial Crimes Decision Science & Analytics CoE, across all business units, functions, processes and geographies at American Express
**How will you make an impact in this role?**
We are seeking a Analyst, Portfolio Analytics, to join our Financial Risk Management (FRM) function within GRC. The role requires close collaboration with several key partners including CCO teams across US & International markets, Fraud Risk team, Finance, and Capabilities teams to evolve globally consistent and scalable analytics & MIS.
+ Monitor key Credit Risk metrics across customers and Businesses, including High Exposures and ensure that the analytics yields impactful actionable insights and provides early reads on emerging trends
+ Create and Manage Credit Risk MIS and capabilities
+ Identify areas of Credit Concentration and understand associated risks.
+ Generate analytical insights that provide support to Credible Challenge of 1LOD.
+ Identifying credit risks, delivering and calling out key findings, and advising on recommended solutions to mitigate these risks
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or master's degree from a Tier -1 Institute
+ Strong analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate between various technical and non-technical audiences
+ Strong collaboration & communication skills to work effectively & influentially with multiple stakeholders.

* Strong sense of urgency combined with the ability to react nimbly to senior leadership requests.

**Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified**
**Must Have Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of experience in managed services or technology consulting, specifically in the CCaaS or cloud contact center industry.
+ Strong knowledge of CCaaS technologies, including IVR, call routing, AI integrations, and customer journey management.
+ Experience with cloud communication platforms, AI-driven customer support solutions, Chatbots and integrating CCaaS with third-party applications.
+ Familiarity with CCaaS platforms like Genesys, Cisco Webex Contact Center, Twilio Flex, or other related technologies.
+ Understanding of cloud architecture, VoIP, SIP, and telephony.
+ Hands-on experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams.
+ Proven ability to understand business challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
+ Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver high-quality service.

**Good to Have Skills:**

+ Direct experience in working with a social media management software is preferred.
+ Strong product acumen & evangelization experience with the aptitude to learn new products.

**Job Description**
Sprinklr is seeking a Professional Services Engagement Manager to join the team in India. They will work with internal sales, services and partner teams to strategise around new business opportunities for new and existing customers, and develop relationships with key customer stakeholders as a trusted advisor for Sprinklr services solutions, including implementation, managed services, training and moderation.
As an expert in Sprinklr's value proposition and our services solutions, you will be responsible for the entire services sales support during pre-sale engagements, preparing service delivery proposals. scopes of work and project plans to ensure the successful deployment of Sprinklr, preparing our customers for long term value realisation from their adoption of Sprinklr's technology.
The candidate will possess the ability to gather customer requirements, design and propose complete solution offerings that clearly fit into customer's business requirements to solve their current pain points, alongside Sprinklr's account teams.
**Main Responsibilities**
+ Support the Services Sales Leader to scope and propose new services business, to grow existing accounts and secure new customers, for our Enterprise and Large Enterprise customers
+ Discover the requirements for Sprinklr clients to propose complete integrated service delivery offerings that clearly fit into customer's business requirements to solve their current pain points
+ Develop proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs positioning recommendations for Sprinklr deployment strategies
+ Lead executive services-sales presentations of Sprinklr services offerings, including at client locations, covering Sprinklr's ASEAN region
+ Document customer requirements, both technical and organisational, during the pre-sale cycle to inform a subsequent successful deployment of Sprinklr
+ Write Statements of Work that include scope, effort estimates & timelines for the delivery of services that will help customers achieve stated business outcomes from their adoption of the Sprinklr platform
+ Develop close plans, in collaboration with sales teams, for strategic opportunities and help drive opportunities to closure, including supporting negotiations with customer legal and procurement teams where required
+ Develop relationships with colleagues in success, services, product, sales and other delivery stakeholders to ensure solutions proposed are comprehensive and have sign-off from delivery owners
+ Develop relationships with key customers for growth and upside
+ Update and manage pipeline and prepare revenue forecasts for Services
+ Assist in project management and escalation-resolution for key accounts

**Job Description**
**What You'll Do**
Sprinklr is looking for a Project Manager with expertise in CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) operations to manage enterprise-level projects for Sprinklr's largest customers.
In this role, you will be both responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multi-market,
global implementations across multiple customer verticals.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Own and manage end-to-end project management of CCaaS implementation including stakeholder management, project scope, product enhancements, change control processes, and risk mitigation plans.
+ The Project Manager ensures that customer business requirements and KPIs are being implemented according to defined scope, requirements and best practices and value is being delivered at every touch point.
+ Partner with Sprinklr's cross-functional enablement functions and leaders to ensure alignment and transparency at every project stage.
+ Drive meaningful relationships with key customer and internal stakeholders, as well as executives, ensuring all parties are providing requisite participation and accountability.
+ Maintain deep Sprinklr platform knowledge to develop realistic and meaningful project plans and workstreams.
+ Ensure that each project is reported and forecasted accurately to all external and internal stakeholders.
+ Ensure that all project/program risks, issues and change requests are managed and communicated effectively.
+ Lead a team striving for quality and excellence in all aspects of project delivery.
+ Provide weekly project status and burn reports to the relevant project stakeholders.
+ Maintain awareness of the CCaaS industry to provide subject matter expertise and guidance internally and for Sprinklr customers.
**Experience:**
+ Fluent in English (Mandatory)
+ 8-10 years Experience in CCaaS delivery/deployment, Contact Centers, or similar industry
+ Experience in global (multi-geo/multi-cultural) rollouts
+ Strong Project Management experience coupled with certifications such as PMP, Prince2 Agile, ACP strongly preferred
+ Strong stakeholder management experience including at the executive level
+ Experience managing various deployment types (centralized, decentralized, hub and-spoke)
+ Ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk models, perform resource allocations and run large-scale cross-functional team meetings
+ Ability to lead and motivate large teams without direct supervision, leveraging mediation and stakeholder management skills
+ Strong knowledge of software development life cycles
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
**Preferred Experience :**
+ Contact center operations
