Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing physical tests like drawbar performance, PTO performance, hydraulic performance, Vibration performance & Noise performance as required by testing standards.
- Creating detailed test plans & procedures for various tractor systems & components.
- Analyzing test results, identifying deviations from standards, & documenting findings in test reports.
- Diagnosing potential issues in the tractor’s engine, transmission, hydraulics & electrical systems.
- Verifying that tractors meet safety & performance standards set by regulatory bodies & manufacturers.
- Working with cross-functional teams, including design & manufacturing, to ensure the quality & performance of new products.
- To analyze test data, identify trends & draw meaningful conclusions.
- Explaining test procedures & results to other stakeholders.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Should have worked in a similar area for at least 6-8 years.
- Strong understanding of tractor mechanics, hydraulics & electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using testing equipment & interpreting data.
- Ability to follow testing procedures & record data accurately.
- Should be able to read & interpret drawings of tractor components.
- English/Hindi and WS-office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Education - B. Tech/B. E (Mechanical)
Experience - Similar working experience for 6-9 Years.

About the role
This is an on‑site, field‑intensive B2B sales role driving growth for PAC products and services across North and West India through frequent client/plant visits, trials, and technical consultations. Relocation to Hoshiarpur is required; activated carbon/PAC experience is preferred.
Key responsibilities
Own full‑cycle field sales: prospecting, discovery, technical scoping, proposals, negotiations, and closing within the assigned territory.
Technical application selling: recommend PAC grades and specs by application (e.g., iodine number, mesh size, dosing ranges) for water, wastewater, air/gas, and pharma purification/decolourization use cases.
Plan and execute plant trials, PAC dosing studies, sampling, and performance documentation; coordinate supply schedules and any media changeouts.

Conduct regular site visits to municipal/industrial STPs/ETPs and pharma/API/formulation plants; liaise with operations, QA/QC, EHS, production, and procurement stakeholders.

Technical acumen on PAC: adsorption basics, iodine/methylene blue values, mesh sizes, safe handling, and typical dosing practices.

Preferred qualifications
