Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a Site Engineer (Civil) in Floatex Solar Pvt Ltd, working under the Site Incharge/Operation Head to fulfil the execution of the project.
Key Responsibilities Area
● Responsible for the supervision and coordination of site construction activities with the clients and any other sub-vendor.
● Prepare detailed construction schedule in line with the construction scope of work as per HO’s direction
● Prepare project & monthly budget for the construction materials & site mobilization required for construction scope of work only.
● Plan & execute the site development
● Review engineering construction drawings, and prepare BoQ
● Prepare material requirement according to construction scope of work and plan construction materials as per the construction schedule
● Coordinate with purchase team for timely delivery of the materials
● Instruct Site Supervisor (Civil) and ensure the daily construction output
● Daily Reconciliation of construction materials with respect to inward, consumption & material in stock.

● Coordinate with Site In-charge/Operation Head & Site Engineer (Civil Quality) for documentation required for billing purposes
● Ensure preventive maintenance of the assets being used for construction such as Ajax, DGs, Cranes etc.
● Ensure quality reports and other documentation are being maintained at site and uploaded to cloud on daily basis
● Verifying the workforce monthly attendance sheet and coordinating with HR for timely processing of the same
Qualification
● Bachelor’s in civil engineering graduate with 3-6 years ’ experience in civil construction (solar/ floating solar preferred) project execution .
● Ability to review engineering drawings, and prepare BBS, BoQ and quality plans.
● Ready to relocate to pan India as per project requirement.
● Should be hardworking and committed to timelines.
