This is a performance-based role where counsellors will conduct door-to-door admission campaigns to achieve a target of 200 confirmed admissions between December 2024 and April 2025. Successful candidates/agencies can earn 5 lakh within 5 months, with additional incentives for exceeding targets. Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door visits to promote school admissions. Counsel parents on school features, curriculum, and benefits. Generate leads, follow up, and ensure confirmed admissions. Submit daily and weekly progress reports.
