The Manex Executive role exists to lead smooth execution in deployment and embed the MANEX into a Site to deliver the Business Strategy and improve Business Performance Matrix for the Site (Quality, Safety, Service, Cost, and Innovation).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Support day-to-day deployment of the MANEX and performance improvement activities at site. Deliver according to the MANEX implementation approach / road map agreed in Factory Master Plan.
+ Work with line managers to identify and agree the priorities for MANEX deployment.
+ Support continuous capability development of self and others, developed by the MANEX Core team.
+ Track progress of the team deployment road-map
+ Support/ensure consistency of progress and deployment
+ Coach Shofloor employees to develop sustain continuous improvement mindsets and behaviors
+ Provide expert advice on the MANEX basics to the Site based on a in depth understanding of MANEX & data analytics
+ Lead MANEX activities beyond the capability of the Site Teams
+ Executing Site Digital journey roadmap including DTI Performance
+ To manage all initiatives associated with the UMS and Factory Score Card for the site.
Experience/Knowledge/Technical Skills :
Qualification & Experience Required:
+ A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Ideally Production /Mechanical/Industrial) or Science from a reputed university or institute
+ Robust experience preferably in a manufacturing environment, covering a broad range of activities and operations (e.g. Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance/Logistics / Safety)
+ Demonstrated delivery of improvement initiatives and/or culture change year on year resulting in both financial and non-financial benefit, and behavioural change
Knowledge:
+ Knowledge of Power BI, Advance excel
+ 2-3 years of Experience into Manex role
Technical Skills :
Hands-on lean manufacturing/six sigma implementation in manufacturing operations/supply chain across different industries (discrete or process)

+ Partnering with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Billing, Collections, and IT teams to structure deals, streamline processes, and accurately record revenue agreements in accounting systems
+ Performing detailed analysis for revenue accounting, reviewing customer-wise revenue variance, deferred revenue, unbilled revenue reports, and reconciling AR balances to maintain accurate financial records
+ Managing and guiding a team of 7-8 professionals, streamlining processes, preparing SOPs, and driving automation and efficiency improvements in revenue accounting workflows
+ Liaising with external auditors by providing supporting documentation for quarterly reviews and year-end audits, while preparing and reviewing revenue-related reports and workbooks
**What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)**
+ CA/CPA/MBA Finance with 9 or more years of experience in revenue recognition as per ASC 606
+ Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite or another similar business systems
+ Experience of team handling with minimum team size of 7-8
**What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)**
+ In-depth understanding and hands-on experience of the revenue recognition of a global company with SaaS business model

**Job Purpose:**
Ensure width and depth of distribution of Colgate Palmolive products in the given zone and implementation of Customer Development strategies so as to achieve the sales and distribution objectives for the zone.
**Job Context & Challenges**
Ensure effective execution of the CD strategies and roll out of schemes by closely working with the stockists, DSRs (Distributor Sales Representatives) and PSRs (Pilot Sales Representatives) across the zone.
**Key Accountabilities :**

+ Identify new markets/accounts and bring them under direct coverage on a regular basis
+ Ensure addition of speciality wholesalers
+ Ensure stores in route list are classified according to the correct RE (retail environment)

+ Ensure optimum usage of activations to drive sales
+ Ensure sales call efficiency
+ Selling stories range selling, handling objections, etc.
**In-store management**
+ Prioritise accounts for maximum impact through visibilities (ensure coverage of top 2 outlets in every route)
**Market Updates**
+ Secure and draw insights from any competitive information available in public domain regarding:

+ Schemes
+ Any other developments
**Data based working and communication**
+ Utilize data to drive overall business performance
+ Setting objectives for market visits
+ Reviewing salesmen and PSR performance against plan

**Developing and training**
+ Train and develop salesmen through required mode of training (e.g. new products, toothbrush assortment, focus on medical stores i.e. PASSION understanding)
