- Conduct initial candidate assessments regarding qualifications, availability, and work authorization.
- Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups between clients and candidates.
- Negotiate compensation, availability, and start dates with candidates.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations and client requirements.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and foster long-term professional relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in US Healthcare Recruitment (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare roles, compliance, and credentialing processes.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and databases.
- Experience with VMS (Vendor Mate, Medefis, Aya, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines.
