Key Areas of Responsibility
ESSENTIAL
To prepare GRNs of incoming materials, invoices and other documents related to dispatches of outgoing goods.
Arrange the stocks (a) to locate and retrieve easily (b) to keep store tidy (c) to avoid any accidents due to leakages etc.
To ensure proper identification of RMs/PMs FGs and TGs for their timely and safe loading for dispatch.
To ensure timely dispatch of Finished Goods and Free samples to the customers following FIFO strictly.
To move material to and from external warehouses for effective utilisation of storage space available
