Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing manufacturing shift operations activities
Training / Mentoring of manufacturing team associates on operations and maintenance
aintain & track the inventory of machine spares to ensure smooth operations
upport production planning, shift schedule, scheduled maintenance and lead breakdown maintenance as a
process SME in manufacturing function
ontribute in SQDCP metrices, support CTW projects
oordination with vendors on various project requirements / improvements
hift handling and cross functional collaboration to drive the activities
