**Job Summary:** We are seeking a talented Python Developer / Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python, experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure, and a solid foundation in computer science principles.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Design, develop, test, document, deploy, maintain, and enhance software applications for a quantitative product that conducts complex mathematical calculations to accurately derive and analyze the various S&P index.
+ Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop system architectures, API specifications, and implementation requirements.
+ Engage in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to promote ongoing technical development within the team.
+ Analyze system performance and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
**What You'll Need:**
+ 3+ years of proven experience as a Senior Developer with a strong command of **Python and data engineering**
+ Experience developing data pipelines using a variety of tools
+ Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure).
+ Solid understanding of **algorithms, data structures, and software architecture** .
+ Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Real-time data streaming solutions.
+ Familiarity with data lake architectures and data processing.

We are looking for Automation Engineer to support ongoing Privileged Access Management (PAM) automation initiatives.
This is a development-driven role, not focused on CyberArk administration or monitoring. While CyberArk experience is preferred but not mandatory, the position is open to candidates with experience in other PAM platforms such as BeyondTrust, Delinea (Thycotic), HashiCorp Vault, or similar.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Build and maintain automation workflows using PowerShell, Python etc., targeting PAM-related processes and requirements.

The Digital & Innovation group at USP is seeking a Data Scientist with skills in advanced analytics (predictive modeling, machine learning, natural language processing) and data visualization to work on projects that drive innovations and deliver digital solutions. + Use exploratory data analysis to spot anomalies, understand patterns, test hypotheses, or check assumptions.

**Who is USP Looking For?**

**Education:**
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Analytics or Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics) or equivalent experience.
**Experience:**
**Data Scientist: 3 - 6 years** of hands-on experience in data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, statistics, and natural language processing
**Senior Data Scientist:** **6 - 10 years** of hands-on experience in data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, statistics, and natural language processing
+ Technical proficiency in the following: python/packages: pandas, numpy, regex, scikit-learn, xgboost, and visualization packages (such as matplotlib, seaborn); SQL
+ Proficiency in CNN/ RNN models.
+ Proficiency in using GenAI concepts with graph data.
+ Experience with data extraction and scraping.
+ Experience with XML documents and DOM model.
**Additional Desired Preferences**
+ Master's degree (Information Systems Management, Analytics, Data Engineering, Sciences, or other Quantitative program)
+ Experience with scientific chemistry nomenclature or prior work experience in life sciences, chemistry, or hard sciences or degree in sciences
+ Experience with pharmaceutical / IQVIA datasets and nomenclature
+ Experience translating stakeholder needs into technical project outputs
+ Experience working with knowledge graphs in conjunction with RAG patterns and Chunking methodologies.
+ Ability to explain complex technical issues to a non-technical audience
