The Support Products & Services (SP&S) team is looking for a solutions-oriented and customer obsessed ADSP Support Specialist to help advertisers troubleshoot and unblock any self-service display, video, and audio campaign issues within the Amazon Demand Side Platform (ADSP). In this role, you will be responsible for responding to advertisers' contacts across a variety of troubleshooting topics (campaign setup, creative moderation, performance, delivery, reporting, ad tags and trackers, and general campaign or account-level questions) within a timely manner, utilizing existing SOPs and your digital advertising knowledge.
A successful ADSP Support Specialist will have a proven track record in successfully interacting with global clients (chat & email) and have a foundational understanding of digital advertising. They demonstrate strong communication skills and can effectively articulate troubleshooting steps to advertisers and agencies. While SOPs and blurbs can be utilized for relevant troubleshooting issues, they will also take advantage of all available resource and foundational digital advertising knowledge to help advertisers find resolution. They will earn trust with advertisers by diving deep when the issue is unclear or unfamiliar, in order to ensure a satisfactory interaction is provided. They will display curiosity, and will learn and develop deep expertise in ADSP ad products and recognize when there are operational gaps that require leads or managers to help address them.

We are looking for a highly motivated goal oriented individual to lead Global Selling account management programs to launch/grow Sellers from Europe to US marketplace. The role will own building strategy for the EU2US arc global selling, own delivering results through an team of Managers & Account Managers, interface with worldwide Sales and business leaders, and work closely with product teams to drive product development that matter to our Sellers. The successful candidate will have to thrive in an ambiguous environment, be able to think big to build/contribute to multi-year business strategies, be able to influence and work with multiple internal teams, and develop processes and mechanisms that are scalable, and improve Seller Experience. Further, the successful candidate is a business owner who understands the key levers to drive business growth and can operationalize those levers across their team. They have a passion for people leadership and are at their best when they're building, developing and managing high-performing teams.
Key job responsibilities
Business planning and leadership:
Lead a team of account managers and manage program independently
- Own business planning, goal development, and building strategy for the function. Modelling, and forecasting business metrics for the purpose of making strategic decisions to grow Seller business
- Analyse Seller and program performance trends, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements
- Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of Selling Partners in an ever-changing business environment.
- Contributes to and leads strategic plans and documents for the organization.
- Uses data to provide insights to business leaders, and is able to effectively represent the function in various forums (WBRs/MBRs/QBRs etc.)
- Take data driven decisions to prioritize strategic initiatives, focus areas etc.
- Lead a team of Account Managers to meet Seller recruitment goals (launches/Revenue/program adoption etc.)
- Lead recruiting and hiring efforts across direct team and broader organization
- Develop weekly metrics to track critical inputs and outputs and report out in weekly business reviews and regular flash reports to senior management.
Aim towards continuous Process Excellence:
- Collaborate with other internal departments to support the improvement of tools and processes to enhance the Selling Partner experience and drive productivity for Account Managers
- Identify, quantify, and define feature enhancements and new products to improve our service offerings based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products
- Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce in sales/ Account management/ Category

* Own the Seller funnel view and use signals to identifying high value actions to efficiently accelerate seller growth while maintaining their profitability
* Collaborate with Stakeholders, central teams and business teams to identify and solve Seller friction, mitigate business risks and build mechanism to maximize their potential in first year of their journey

* Lead cross-functional projects to drive success for strategic seller and build processes from zero to one to drive team productivity.

* Own weekly seller performance tracking and monitoring sessions to ensure their growth are in line with their potential. Participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior leadership to present results, challenges and take action to solve business problems independently
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master degree
- 5+ years of ecommerce and/or retail management experience in Seller/vendor management
- 3+ years of developing business strategies/plans, driving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
- Knowledge of advanced Excel and ability to do multi-level deep dive
- 3+ year of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA from Premier College
- 5+ years of Account Management experience
- 5+ years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences
