To look after canteen management in plant- Ensuring employee satisfaction in canteen services including food, cafeteria hygiene and availability of food with rotating menu.
To ensure cost saving and improvement initiatives of the factory, covering all areas of Admin & Facility Management.
Approval of Purchase requisitions order of administrative expenses.
To look after housekeeping management, laundry services, pest control service and linen.
Ensuring service contract agreement renewal through commercial team for the Admin area on time.
To make annual revenue & Capex budget related to admin.
To check proper deployment and utilization of security personnel.
To manage and control cost of company guest house and supervise overall operation.
To manage operation & maintenance of all company owned vehicles.
Ensure that payment to all Admin and Facility Management service vendor are made in time.
To look after overall keep up and security service at suncity residential complex.

About the Role
- As a Workday HCM Contractor specializing in configuration and support, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our Workday environment.
- Your expertise across Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Performance, and Payroll will ensure our system continues to align seamlessly with business processes.
- You will work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement configuration changes, develop reports, and support testing and deployment activities.
