Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in facilitating office organization and communication by performing administrative duties and acting as a receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Handling: Create, format, and edit documents using MS Office Word and Excel. Ensure all documents meet the company’s standards for quality and professionalism.
Data Management and Reporting: Utilize Excel to organize data and generate reports, ensuring accurate data entry and timely reporting for management decision-making.
Office Management: Assist in managing office supplies inventory and maintaining equipment. Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Schedule Coordination: Manage calendars for the office staff, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to ensure optimal time management within the department.
Information Research: Perform internet research to support project development and company initiatives. Efficiently gather and synthesize information to assist with project planning and presentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
MS Office Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Familiarity with PowerPoint and Outlook is an advantage.
Browsing and Research Skills: Skilled in internet research methodologies and practices.
Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Educational Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role.
