This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining organized filing systems. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, booking travel arrangements, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, screening phone calls and emails, and providing general administrative support to multiple departments. You will also assist with office supply management, basic bookkeeping tasks, and data entry. We require candidates with excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
