The Advertising Campaign Manager will work closely with Ad Ops and Ad Strategy teams to ensure campaigns go live with zero error and are set up for measurable success.
An opportunity also exists for high performers in this role to deepen their strategy and analytics experience and pursue growth path into a Strategist-level role focused on customers and cross-functional success.
Base total compensation range for this role (excluding company bonus) is $95,000.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Join customer calls to answer basic platform, creative, or campaign questions, and escalate campaign strategy conversations to the right partner.
- Stay extremely responsive to customers and campaign timelines. It’s okay to drop low-priority tasks to focus on getting a campaign online on time.

- Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where you balance multiple, concurrent priorities and are expected to maintain speed, accuracy, and keen attention to detail.
- Build a solid foundation for career growth, with the opportunity to advance into Ads Assist strategy roles or into post-sales ACS roles, depending on business needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in AdOps, digital advertising, agency execution, or in-house campaign management, along with a drive to see those campaigns come to life.
- Extremely responsive and organized. You’re the kind of person who rises to pressure and is not afraid to shift priorities in the moment.
- Personable and customer-facing, with the confidence to join calls and answer execution-related questions.
- A strong team player who works seamlessly across the teams of strategists, AdOps, and post-sales.
- Flexible and adaptable. You’re excited to help shape a brand-new role on a high-growth company initiative.
- A strong growth mindset with an interest in developing into a strategy or account management role over time.
