**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Scrum Master:
+ Act as a servant leader and coach to the development teams, guiding them in adopting and implementing agile principles and practices

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
+ 3+ years in a scrum master role
+ 3+ years of IT Project Management experience
+ Experience in leading and coaching teams, fostering collaboration and communication, and promoting a continuous learning mindset
+ Experience with managing Agile projects
+ Basic understanding of development environments, testing processes, deployment processes, and coding practices
+ Proven excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills, as well as effective communication and facilitation abilities
+ Proven solid leadership, organization, and communication skills and be familiar with Agile methodologies and tools.

+ Manages the delivery of multiple concurrent application development projects, all sizes, all complexity levels
