The Enterprise Coach can be compared to an Enterprise Agile Coach: they are a proven Agile craftsperson and, at times, a guide and innovator for others. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
The Enterprise Coach demonstrably helps teams and value streams continuously improve their terminology, tools, processes, structure, and culture to create a joyful, ethical, and high-performance environment.
