- **The Mission of this Role**:
To lead the development efforts, negotiate with product owners and customers to ensure the deliverables are aligned with the expectations. Establish tactical plans to improve any impediments for project execution, managing team’s capacity and capability to deliver. Responsible for addressing any cross-team dependencies and helps to coordinate with the team to keep dependencies in sync for successful project delivery.
- **Scope**:
Responsible for designing and developing project plans by prioritizing project objectives and deliverable timelines, managing resource allocations and setting clear targets for delivery. Ensures that the projects are tracked and progressed as per the plan by eliminating risks, escalating issues and ensuring quality standards are met and followed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Project management/scrum roles experience in large multi team projects
- 2+ years of experience as an Agile coach
- Agile Certified Professional (ACP), Scrum Master and Lean certifications
- AUTOSPICE experience.
