This position will be responsible for agile training, coaching and development of IT engineering, product IT, IT Digital Value Streams and project teams to adopt and implement lean and agile mindsets and practices. **What You Will Do**:
- Connect the concepts of business strategy, operations, and Agility.
- SAFe / Agile Operating Models, Transformation, and Change Management
- Co-create, design, and support full Agile transformation roll-out.
- Provide SAFe / Agile Leadership coaching and training to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, functional managers, and executives.
- Conceive and articulate pragmatic transformation approach that recognizes and effectively addresses differing organizational maturity levels in the Agile transformation process.
- Collaborate directly with teams to coach and guide them on the mechanics of Lean and Agile methods to achieve optimal team effectiveness.
- Deliver hands-on coaching of individual teams in all aspects of SAFe, and Scrum in daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, managing flow, limiting WIP, etc.

- SPC ( SAFe Program Consultant) or RTE (Release Train Engineer) certification is required
- Ability to communicate the value of SAFe Agility to executives, managers, and individual contributors.
