Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Agile Project Manager. The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project workflows, overseeing logistics management, and ensuring that inspections are conducted properly. The role will also involve project management tasks, including coordinating with various teams to ensure timely project delivery and maintaining quality standards. Daily tasks will include planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead 5–7 concurrent programs with 20–30 team members across multiple Indian cities.
- Manage full project lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, procurement, and delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Legal, Finance, Engineering) to align goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for global clients and internal stakeholders.
- Track Agile metrics, project profitability, and milestone-based invoicing.
- Drive change management and ensure process compliance across delivery teams.
- Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Contribute to pre-sales proposals and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Technical & Functional Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in Cloud, Mobile, Data, DevOps, and QA technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCM, MEAN/MERN stacks, NodeJS, Angular, Python, React, Flutter, Android/iOS, NoSQL.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, architectures, and platform selection.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Rapid Development models.
- Tools: Jira, Zoho, Trello, Harvest, UXpin, Balsamiq, Lucidcharts, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
Business & Delivery Acumen:
- Experience managing Fixed Price, T&M, and Resource Augmentation projects.
- Skilled in requirement analysis, estimation, charter creation, and resource planning.
- Ability to visualize raw data into actionable insights and impactful presentations.
- Track record of improving project margins and ensuring steady cash flow.
- Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
