**About you**
+ Proven success in coaching Product Owners and teams to scale products across multiple countries and stakeholders

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Agile Coach to lead and support our Agile transformation initiatives across multiple portfolios and programs. Our client, a rapidly expanding technology firm specializing in innovative software solutions, is looking for a highly skilled and certified Agile Project Manager to drive key initiatives within their product development lifecycle. This role is based in Delhi, Delhi , and offers a hybrid work model, blending remote flexibility with in-office collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.

As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will work closely with product owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized, and collaborate with development teams to remove impediments and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment. Tracking project progress, identifying potential risks and dependencies, and implementing mitigation strategies will be key aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for managing project scope, resources, and timelines effectively, ensuring transparency and clear communication with all stakeholders.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting Agile principles and best practices across the organization. You will continuously seek opportunities to improve team velocity, efficiency, and overall product quality. Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and adapting Agile frameworks to fit specific project needs is highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically in an Agile environment. Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or PMP-ACP are essential. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are a must.
