About the role
As a Sr Project Coordinator (Agile Scrum), you will coach and guide the development team in implementing Agile principles and practices. We will count on you to collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog. Along the way, you will get to:
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure that the team follows Scrum processes and adheres to Agile values and principles.
Remove any obstacles or impediments that may affect the team's progress or efficiency.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
CSM Certification is a must.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project and program management using Agile methodology.
Hands-on experience using at least one of the project management tools like Azure Board, Jira etc.
