Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on building and deploying AI/ML solutions in an enterprise setting.
- A proven track record of leading the technical lifecycle of a project, from concept and design to deployment and iteration.
Core Technical Skills:
- AI/ML Development: Strong proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with modern AI paradigms, especially building RAG systems using LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- AI Architecture: Solid experience designing scalable, cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP). You are comfortable with concepts like microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and building robust APIs.
- Agents & Agentic Patterns: Experience designing, building, and integrating AI Agents and agentic workflows; familiarity with agent-to-agent (A2A) interactions, Model Context Protocol (MCP) principles, and orchestrating workflows via N8N.
