**Position summary**
We are looking for a proactive, self-starting and experienced Dev Lead to join its operations. This position is based out in Noida/Gurgaon location and ideal for a hands-on technical lead who has a good understanding of development methodologies and process and experience applying them within an organizational setting.
As a lead position, this role requires an individual who can take overall ownership for the development process, working with stakeholders to ensure releases are delivered on time and develop the system according to design/processes and managing risks where appropriate.
