We are currently seeking a Salesforce Business Analysts to join our team in Delhi, Delhi (IN-DL), India (IN).
"• Understand and document customer business requirements through leading requirement workshops
• Develop requirement specifications according to standard templates as well as responsible for SFDC Solution Design, Use Cases, User Material, technical and non-functional requirements
• Review and test the functionality of the customizations provided by the development team, and demo the solution to the customer for feedback and approval
• Act as the liaison between the business team, technology team, support, and offshore team
• Act as a Mentor to Junior and Mid-level BAs
• Contribute to the Business Analysis Center of Excellence
• Ability to build relationships/rapport with the Product Owner and Client is KEY
Qualifications:
Required:
• Current Salesforce Administrator Certification
o 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, including:
o Led a Discovery Workshop
o Produce AS-IS and TO-BE process flows in Visio, Lucid, etc.
o Identifying gaps and pain points
o Elucidate requirements into User Stories and Acceptance
o Criteria and gain client sign-off
o Prepare for and conduct Sprint End client demos
o Work with technical leads; onshore and offshore
o Use Analytical and problem-solving skills
o the Relationship Builder among Product Owner, Client and other project stakeholders
• A minimum of 3 years:
o utilizing Salesforce Best Practices
o knowing when to utilize configuration vs. custom code vs. App Exchange product
o working within Agile development methodology
o working in JIRA, or similar Project Management tool
• 3+ years of Salesforce.com experience, including:
o Configuration
o Workflow/ Process Builder and Flow
o Approval Processes
o Org Wide Sharing Rules
o Role hierarchy and User Profiles
o Data migration using Data Loader or Data.io
o Reports and Dashboards Creation
Preference Qualifications:
• Salesforce App Builder, Service Cloud or Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
• Agile cert (SAFe, IIBA, PMI, etc.)
• Superior written and verbal communication
• Strong understanding of CRM functional knowledge
• Prior experience with multiple system integrations and data field mapping
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing and End-User Training
