In this role,
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across business and technical teams.
- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation and support projects is essential.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an SAP SuccessFactors reporting expert, with a focus on design, development, and optimization of reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements related to reporting and analytics.
- Design and deliver custom and standard reports using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools (e.g., Ad Hoc, Canvas/ORD, Advanced Reporting).
- Ensure alignment of reporting deliverables with business processes, compliance requirements, and user expectations.
- Identify reporting gaps and propose enhancements or workarounds as needed.
- Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with the functional and technical teams to resolve them.
- Document technical specifications, report designs, test cases, and results.
- Manage change requests and emergency fixes related to reporting with appropriate impact analysis.
- Contribute to solution architecture and best practices in SuccessFactors reporting and data visualization.
- Provide training and guidance to end users on report usage and self-service capabilities.
- Support both new implementations and ongoing support engagements with expert reporting insight.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate in B.Tech, IT or MCA /MBA
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with a team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer-facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
Technical Expertise
- Expert knowledge of data modelling concepts, SAP SuccessFactors reporting SD, and data warehousing principles.
- Strong understanding of BI tools (Tableau, SAP BO) and data science workflows.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline optimization.
Business & Analytical Skills
- Ability to translate business needs into structured data solutions.
- Strong data storytelling skills, ensuring insights are clear and actionable.
- Experience working in Banking and People Analytics is highly advantageous.
Governance & Compliance
- Understanding data governance, security, and compliance requirements in banking.
- Familiarity with data cataloguing, lineage, and metadata management practices.
- Experience ensuring technology guardrails are adhered to in cloud environments

Responsible for analysing and testing new and existing IT systems to support business operations, using appropriate standards, methodologies, and toolsets. Conduct various forms of testing, including system, software, and automation.
Duties:
- Actively and effectively communicate with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders to reach optimal development outcomes with attention to detail and end users in mind
- Provide both oversight, direction and updates to the Test Manager to accurately articulate the state of milestones and deliverables
- Prepare, document and trace test scenarios from user stories, use cases and technical requirements so they are applicable and measurable within our existing methodology
- Detect, track and monitor software defects from inception to closure, with a focus for time management
- Actively support the Test Manager with contributions to improve processes and product quality.
Skills Required:
