The Global Treasury Controllership (GTC) team is part the Regulatory Reporting and Treasury Controllership Team and is responsible for providing comprehensive Treasury and regulatory reporting support covering all Treasury transactions, including cash, debt, equity, derivative, and investments
The Receivable funding & Cash Controllership team is responsible for accurate, timely accounting and reporting of Credco and its subsidiaries along with ensuring appropriate and consistent reporting for AXP's Cash and Cash equivalents
This is an exciting opportunity to lead controllership function for Credco and related legal entities, which forms part of AXP's critical funding structure, catering to the funding needs of the affiliate entities ensuring adherence to controls and compliance, transfer pricing norms etc. In addition, this role will be responsible for ensuring appropriate and consistent reporting for AXP's Cash and Cash equivalents which includes managing the delivery of Cash portfolio reporting for regulatory reporting filings for American Express.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Manage end to end accounting and reporting of Credco and its subsidiaries.
+ Responsible for pricing of receivables, adherence with transfer pricing norms and support transfer pricing audit related with sale of receivables process in line with U.S. GAAP principles.
+ Prepare monthly controls including reconciliations, bank runs, Transfer of Receivables (TOR) collateral check, FX calculations, Inter Co Dashboard and review of agreements.
+ Responsible for leading PwC audits, preparation of financial statements supporting market controllership.
+ Collaborate with Regulatory Reporting Team for providing inputs and query resolutions pertaining to numerous regulatory reports.
+ Ensuring integrity of $45Bn "Cash and Cash equivalent" balances for AXP which includes monitoring monthly movement, ensuring adherence to US GAAP accounting principles
+ Daily Monitoring of Cash portfolio to support AXP's efforts on project Fast Forward with respect to Cash and Cash Equivalents.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders across finance teams and treasury to respond to queries from auditors and regulators
+ Consultancy to Treasury, Market Controllership, Business and Reporting teams on all cash related matters and projects.
+ Continued rigor on Control & Compliance
+ Support / participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Min 2-3 years' experience in Accounting/Reporting/Auditing.
+ CPA/Chartered Accountant or similar qualification, preferred. Ability to interpret and apply GAAP principles is critical to success.

**Job Title - Financial Analyst**
**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Accounting Analyst, you will apply advanced accounting fundamentals to create, review and organize complex financial statements and reports.
This job is part of the General Accounting job function. They are responsible for the development and day-to-day maintenance of accounting processes and procedures.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Prepare financial documents including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, budgets, and payroll.
+ Follow standards and rules when keeping accounts. Ensure the general ledger, taxes, and other financial information data are correct and up to date.
+ Close month-end accounting entries and reconcile balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
+ Post to GL and reviews variances to budget and review data to forecast changes to the business.
+ Review variance explanation reports for accuracy.
+ Track accounts receivable and confirm all payments are properly recorded. Check all accounts to make sure they have the correct balances.
+ Assist with accounting system conversions or enhancements and educate peers on changes.
+ Evaluate billing and invoicing data in the accounting databases and submit cash applications. Research and resolve accounts receivable issues.
+ Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
+ Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
+ Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

**Job Description:**
**Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in Bengaluru. This role will work cross-functionally with Corporate, Business Groups, and Supply Chain Finance to deliver insightful analytics, actionable reporting, and impactful recommendations to drive improved OPEX performance and financial decision-making at 3M.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Prepare and deliver Operational Expense (OPEX) reports - covering Direct, Indirect, and Fixed expenses - on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
+ Develop and maintain Headcount and Compensation analysis, supporting workforce planning and cost modeling.
+ Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of OPEX reporting, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations to improve financial results.
+ Collaborate with finance leaders across Business Groups, Corporate, and Supply Chain to create a standardized service catalog of financial reports and KPIs.
+ Conduct robust qualitative and quantitative financial analysis, including variance analysis for key expense line items.
+ Drive process improvements by simplifying workflows, accelerating automation/digitization, and enhancing analytics capabilities.
+ Partner with FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, and Regional teams to support cost-reduction initiatives and financial efficiency projects.
**Work Timings:** 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST (to support global stakeholders)
**Qualifications & Skills**
Education:
+ CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance
Experience:
+ 4-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A and/or Supply Chain Finance
Technical Skills:
+ Strong proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Knowledge of financial modeling, data analytics, and reporting tools
Key Competencies:
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with deep understanding of OPEX cost drivers
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders
+ Proven collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment
+ Proactive and self-driven, with a continuous learning mindset and ability to drive change
