We are inviting applications for the role of BA-Data Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for performing pricing of spare parts along with driving data analytics for the business. This will involve reviewing their pricing on periodic basis, identifying the gaps and making recommendations.
Responsibilities 
• Responsible for data extraction, collation and cleaning in MS excel/ access
• Will be responsible for making the pricing data in ERP up to date. For this he/ she will have to identify the activities to be carried out and then execute those activities
• Will be responsible for carrying out ad hoc pricing analytics requests
• Will be responsible for carrying out various statistical and pricing analysis in excel/ access.
• Will be responsible to bring process efficiencies through digitization and implementation of relevant machine learning algorithms
• Expected to support the client on data systems and analysis
• Use statistical tools to sanitize, segment and normalize historical pricing information and master invoice data sets to provide visibility to price rate distribution
Qualifications we seek in you! 
Minimum qualifications 
• Master’s degree in research, statistics, math, economics, or related analytical discipline
• Fresher from a good institute or university or good relevant work experience in data analytics domain
• Curiosity is a must.
Preferred qualifications 
• Proficiency with analytical and presentation tools (Excel, VBA, power point)
• Highly analytical: natural aptitude at gathering, analyzing and leveraging large data sets to make key business decisions
• Should be good with Basics statistics
• Should have can-do mindset
• Knowledge of R, Python, Tableau, Power BI is good to have

Requirements for BA:

Should have knowledge on Shipping or logistics with IT background.

Technical Skills: should be skilled in working with services exposed and consumed by different applications.

Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Visio & Knowledge of SQL would be an added advantage.

Requirements for Senior BA:

specialize in shipping, particularly in Pricing & Quotation. With a background in the IT industry

Worked in agile methodology, exp in handling multiple stakeholders can be consider add ons.

Other skills: SQL, Excel Knowledge and Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

▪ Architect and incorporate an effective Data framework enabling end to end Data Solution.

▪ Understand business needs, use cases and drivers for insights and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

▪ Create epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria for execution and delivery by the data engineering team.

▪ Create scalable and robust data solution designs that incorporate governance, security and compliance aspects.

▪ Develop and maintain logical and physical data models and work closely with data engineers, data analysts and data testers for successful implementation of them.

▪ Analyze, assess and design data integration strategies across various sources and platforms.

▪ Create project plans and timelines while monitoring and mitigating risks and controlling progress of the project.

▪ Conduct daily scrum with the team with a clear focus on meeting sprint goals and timely resolution of impediments.

▪ Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders and ensure.

▪ Guide and mentor the team for best practices on Data solutions and delivery frameworks.

▪ Actively work, facilitate and support the stakeholders/ clients to complete User Acceptance Testing ensure there is strong adoption of the data products after the launch.

Prerequisites

▪ 5 to 8 years of professional, hands – on experience building end to end Data Solution on Cloud based Data Platforms including 2+ years working in a Data Architect role.

▪ Proven hands – on experience in building pipelines for Data Lakes, Data Lake Houses, Data Warehouses and Data Visualization solutions

▪ Sound understanding of modern Data technologies like Databricks, Snowflake, Data Mesh and Data Fabric.

▪ Experience in managing Data Life Cycle in a fast-paced, Agile / Scrum environment.

▪ Excellent spoken and written communication, receptive listening skills, and ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences

▪ Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross functional teams, project stakeholders and end users for quality deliverables withing stipulated timelines

▪ Ability to manage, coach and mentor a team of Data Engineers, Data Testers and Data Analysts.

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Warranty Analyst!

In this role, Analyst will support the stakeholder to perform Financial Analysis, Data Analytics and Contract analysis to adjudicate the Warranty claims.

Responsibilities

·Analyst is responsible for receiving warranty claims from customers or authorized service centers. They must carefully review the claim to ensure it meets the specified criteria and contains all necessary documentation.

·Analyst must verify if the claimed product is covered under warranty based on the terms and conditions set by the company. This may involve checking the purchase date, warranty period, and any applicable exclusions or limitations.

·Analyst is responsible for communicating with customers regarding their warranty claims. This may involve requesting additional information or documentation, providing updates on the status of the claim, or answering any questions or concerns the customer may have.

·In cases where the warranty claim involves reimbursement for repairs or replacements made by the customer, Analyst may be responsible for processing the payment. This may involve verifying invoices or receipts, calculating the eligible reimbursement amount, and issuing the payment to the customer.

·Analyst must maintain accurate records of all warranty claims processed, including details of the claim, communication with the customer, and any repairs or replacements made. This information may be used for reporting purposes, quality control, or future reference.

·Analyst may need to handle customer complaints or disputes related to warranty claims. This may involve investigating the issue, liaising with other departments or teams within the company, and working towards a satisfactory resolution for the customer.

·Analyst may be required to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the warranty claim process. This could include identifying common issues or bottlenecks, proposing process changes, or recommending training or resources to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

·Experience with dealing Warranty process/ claims.

·Finance degree/B.E. Mech. Eng. /Ind mgmt. Eng. /Aeronautical Eng or MBA or any Equivalent Streams

·Ability to use superior communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to frame decisions for senior management and drive optimized decision-making

·Able to be self-directed and work independently to meet and exceed goals.
