What You’ll Do
- Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products—from development to market launch and post-market monitoring—using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.

Essential Criteria
- 5+ years’ experience working with pharma clients, leveraging longitudinal real-world patient datasets to solve use cases such as forecasting, brand performance tracking, prescriber targeting, segmentation, patient journeys, and omni-channel attribution.
- Strong solutioning mindset : able to engage directly with clients, unpack requirements through probing Q&A, translate business needs into analytical designs, and own the problem→solution path.
- Proven client communication skills: confident running pharma stakeholder meetings, handling back-and-forth to refine scope, and presenting insights.
- Team leadership: experience managing and mentoring analysts/scientists; setting standards, reviewing work, and building repeatable best practices.
- Technical excellence: advanced SQL (joins, windows, aggregations); Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost); data viz in Power BI; power-user of Excel (VBA/Macros, Power Query). Able to take a brief and query/shape data end-to-end independently.

The Technical Analytics & Measurement Manager will lead the implementation of privacy-compliant analytics tracking capabilities, standardising data collection and improving the quality of data. Job Overview
The Data Science Manager will be responsible for leading a team focused on AI and Machine learning solutions. The Manager applies Software Engineering, and DevOps practices to guide the team in building large-scale enterprise Analytics and Machine Learning solutions leveraging Google Cloud technologies.
The Manager brings in a product mindset and leverages AGILE practices to craft and drive iterations to support building new capabilities, addressing gaps and drive automations for Data Platforms and solutions.

Responsibilities
- Identify high-value ML business opportunities and work with Business and IT stakeholders to realize business benefit.
- Focus on driving outcomes for the business by defining success and by setting the right goals, metrics and processes to objectively quantify, measure and track impact.
- Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, vendor resources and/or business support staff
- Responsible for recruiting, staffing, coaching, and developing talent within the team.
- Responsible for setting a practice that helps deliver industrialized Data transformation capabilities and operations to support Analytics and AI/ML solutions
- Responsible for managing enterprise scale Data platform operations (Data, Analytics and MLOps)
- Planning, demand management, budgetary management, and operational metrics for Data Platforms.
- Manages expectations with key stakeholders, builds and fosters relationships
- Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
- Ensures employees operate within guidelines
- Applies data aggregation, descriptive analysis and data presentation techniques and tools to communicate complex findings and recommendations to influence others to act.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences and mediums.
- Manages the financial aspects of the team, including onsite and offshore hourly rates, cloud costs, travel and training costs, timecards, SOWs, monthly MSA and staff augmentation approvals

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing teams of 10+ resources including full time, contract and/or vendor resources
- 14+ years of experience in Big Data systems, Data Lakes and Analytics related field managing Build & Run teams
- Prefer experience architecting, designing data lakes leveraging cloud services supporting Analytics and ML/AI Solutions
- Prefer experience in Data Movement Technologies and Cloud Data Warehouse technologies including but not limited to experience with GCP, Big Query, Google Cloud Storage.
- Prefer experience in managing BIA Technology Platforms and solutions
- Prefer experience managing teams and service delivery in an ODC (Offshore Delivery Center) setting for MNC (multi-national company)
- Ability to develop individuals along a professional career path
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Prefer experience with DevOps Agile practices
