Cornerstone is seeking a Principal IT Architect
(OTC) to design and support the Order to Cash process within Oracle Cloud,
focusing on Subscription Billing, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition. This

**Position Overview**
The Interoperability Data Governance team is a specialized data delivery group that coordinates execution of enterprise compliance work for regulatory compliance programs spanning multiple data domains and business units. The team sits within Data & Analytics Engineering and is built to help Evernorth drive the improvement in the accessibility and quality of our data assets and tools, and allow us to deliver regulatory compliance data solutions faster than we do today. Our ultimate goal is to ensure Evernorth's ability to grow is unconstrained by any limitations of our data.
The Data Management Strategy and Governance Data Mapper is an Advisor level role that creates the data mapping specifications to be used by engineering, which are source-to-target mappings. The target sources are FHIR profiles using a specific version and implementation guide standard. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with source to target mapping. You will partner in delivering healthcare data that meets the needs of compliance use cases in a rapidly shifting regulatory environment subject to volatile scope changes. Success in this role requires critical thinking and research skills, and an understanding of HL7 / FHIR Health Interoperability Standards, particularly implementation of FHIR Standards. As the Data Management Strategy and Governance Data Mapper, you will work closely with engineering teams as they develop data products using the mapping specifications delivered.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
+ Interact with Strategic Compliance Program Data Mapping Alignment Leads for data mapping specification requirements
+ Under the direction of the Data Strategy & Governance QA & UAT Lead, document data mapping specifications from enterprise healthcare data sources to standard target profiles
+ Assist in developing data mapping estimates and deliverable timelines
+ Support other data mapping team members and perform peer reviews
+ Attend enterprise forums with applicable business units to review the data mapping specification to ensure alignment
+ Update data mapping specifications in accordance with enterprise forum directives or quality assurance reviews
+ Conduct walk through of data mapping specifications with engineering team
+ Support engineering team for issues, clarification, and execution of queries in production during coding and end-to-end testing
+ Support enterprise code sets and crosswalk development providing the data source contents
+ Attend Scrum meetings and Sprint planning meetings, and demo completed work during Iteration Review sessions.
+ Create/update JIRA User Stories for work planned and performed.
**Qualifications**
**Required Skills & Experience:**
+ Knowledge of HL7 / FHIR Standards, Health Interoperability Networks, and healthcare domain
+ 8 to 11 years of experience in technology and data analysis
+ 5+ years' experience with Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL (profiling data, code sets and crosswalks), relational data stores, and AWS/cloud and on-prem is required
+ 2+ years' experience with source to target data mapping
+ 3+ years' experience working with healthcare data: customer, coverage, claims, clinical and healthcare terminology, concepts and business processes and systems. Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
+ Experience with erwin Data Intelligence Suite or equivalent mapping tool is preferred
