We are seeking an experienced C# Selenium Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing, strong knowledge of C# programming, and expertise in using Selenium for automating web applications. Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust test automation frameworks tailored to the organization’s needs.

Develop test automation strategies in alignment with project goals and quality objectives.

Manage Pipeline orchestration for test execution on Azure CI/CD

Evaluate and recommend automation tools and technologies.

Provide training and support to QA teams on test automation best practices.

Continuously improve automation processes and frameworks based on metrics analysis and emerging trends.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering global and highly scalable customer-facing digital products and capabilities.

Strong hands-on experience on Selenium automation with C# automation framework.

Hands-on experience on other automation frameworks & tools are added advantage.

Strong hands-on experience or knowledge on API test automation, Forms & Rate automation.

Leadership in thinking and ideating new and innovative solutions for QA.

Hands-on Web and API testing and automation experience using BDD Spec flow/Cucumber framework, Selenium, C#, Postman, and REST.

Experience in creating and setting up the Test automation framework.

Experience in enhancing the existing automation framework to support the new capabilities.
Experience in Database testing, Performance testing, and Regression testing.

Experience with no-code low-code platforms.

Hands-on with agile project management tools JIRA, and Azure DevOps.

Hands-on with SQL Server, Azure Service Bus.

Experience in PAS System, Rating, forms PDF automation, and related tools & frameworks.
Experience with any JavaScript-based testing frameworks.

Experience in CICD pipeline build/deployment in Azure.

Experience in use of AI/ML in QA for Testcase design, Testcase execution, and Testcase prioritization.

Experience in API service virtualization or Mock Testing, Contract Testing, and Component Testing.

Knowledge and experience in BDD and automation with feature files.

Strong analytical skills to be able to analyze complex problems using several problem-solving techniques.

Proactively partner with business and technology organizations across system and organizational boundaries to identify opportunities and drive automated solutions.

Hands-on experience and expertise in creating tools and accelerators.

Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

P&C Insurance domain knowledge/work experience is a must.

Have good work experience in test management tools – JIRA, ADO

Should be ready to work in an environment which may demand individual contribution as well as a team player.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide automation solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in UiPath with broad knowledge of complementary automation technologies and cloud platforms to deliver scalable, efficient automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and complementary technologies, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and enterprise-grade security

- Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend optimal automation approaches

- Develop detailed technical specifications, solution designs, and architecture documentation

- Guide and mentor automation developers while establishing best practices, coding standards, and development frameworks

- Evaluate and integrate various automation tools and technologies, including OCR solutions, to create comprehensive automation ecosystems

- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure proper environment setup and configuration for automation deployments

Required Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY FineReader, Tesseract, or similar)
