4+ automation testing experience
Lead QA tester with experience insoftware related integration testing - SIT, regression, UAT and other type of testing. Create and/or support the creation / validation / execution of test scripts. Load and API testing
Identify trends, themes, tendencies that indicate emerging operational risks by relying on mining trends in relevant metrics, loss data and external events. Effectively communicate learnings to Business in order to drive necessary responses and action.
Support the businesses with identifying potential solutions to make a process more efficient and apply possible technology solutions to achieve straight through processing
Engage technology partners where needed to implement changes and control implementations
Supporting assessment reviews aimed at identifying gaps to policy and standards, defining further improvement opportunities, trainings and best practices reviews with regional team
Drive management for closure of control gaps identified by risk assessment process regionally
Regularly communicate and escalate to the senior leaders on gaps and progress on gaps/action items closure related to internal Risk Assessment findings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review functional requirements and identify acceptance criteria
• Automate test cases including integration and API tests following best practices and with focus on speed and reusability
• Build efficient, practical, and scalable automation solutions
• Implement holistic automation strategies, taking account of the interconnections and dependencies across multiple development teams
• Extend automation to include service provisioning, test data management, dash boarding and business process validation
• Develop and execute test plans through manual testing as needed
• Identify, evaluate, and document issues with appropriate priority and severity
• Review existing automated and performance test coverage and identify testing gaps
• Review automation or performance testing results and error logs, troubleshoot issues and work with team to resolve defects in a timely manner
• Regularly review and update automation tests and framework to ensure reliable results
• Troubleshoot issues with testing environments or CI/CD tools impacting automated tests or test results
• Investigate and implement initiatives and tools to improve automation and performance testing
• Communicate clearly and work closely with other engineers within the team and across teams including team members in locations across the globe
• Other tasks and responsibilities from time to time 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• 5+ years of experience developing automation or performance testing scripts for large, complex software projects
• DevOps experience , including setting up CI/CD pipelines
• Expertise in building end-to-end automation frameworks (NightwatchJS , Cypress )
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Experience using Jira (particularly Zephyr for test management)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or similar development methodologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , Information Systems , or a related fieldAbility to provide technical leadership in both automation and performance testing
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer with a strong foundation in both
manual and automation testing and proven industry experience. The ideal candidate will work
closely with the development, product, and design teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality
software products.
You will be responsible for both manual testing and the design, development, and
maintenance of automated test scripts. You should have a good understanding of QA
methodologies and automation frameworks, with a willingness to grow into a more senior QA
Automation Engineer role over time.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, or API-based
applications.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and
define testing strategies.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and assist in troubleshooting.
Maintain and enhance the test automation framework.
