**Pipeline Designer**
The Pipeline Designer will be responsible for preparing high-quality pipeline design drawings, including alignment sheets, plan and profile sheets, crossing drawings, and HDD drawings. The role requires close coordination with team leads, engineers, and peers, as well as collaboration with teams in both India and the US. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Civil 3D (preferred) or AutoCAD and must possess a solid grasp of pipeline design principles, coordinate systems, and scaling techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and produce pipeline design deliverables, including alignment sheets, plan and profile drawings, crossing drawings, and HDD drawings.
·Ensure accuracy in scaling systems (horizontal and vertical) and coordinate systems for project-specific requirements.
·Work collaboratively with leads, engineers, and peers to develop efficient and compliant design solutions.
·Coordinate with India and US teams to ensure alignment with project expectations and deliverables.
·Apply knowledge of ASME codes and gas pipeline standards in design work.
·Incorporate survey data and underground utility information into design layouts.
·Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety guidelines, and project specifications.
·Perform quality checks and reviews to maintain consistency and accuracy in drawings.
·Assist in resolving design-related issues and providing technical support as needed.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and executing NVH test plans: This includes setting up test procedures, conducting the tests as per Regulatory requirements, selecting appropriate instrumentation (microphones, accelerometers, etc.), and defining test conditions based on the application.
- Managing the Test Facilities & Execution: Ensuring tests are conducted according to new product development plan, and as per Regulatory requirements, documenting test setups, and data post-processing.
- Analyzing NVH test data: Identifying the Noise & Vibration source’s using various analysis techniques, root causes of NVH issues and benchmarking the competitor products.
- Interpreting data and providing insights: Translating test results into actionable information to designers for Design improvements
- Report preparation & Documenting : Creating NVH Technical test reports, log entries, and maintain the database for all our Lab test data, Organizing and archiving data for future reference.
