An experienced and dynamic Regional Collision Business Manager to lead and significantly grow our collision repair business across the IMG (International Market Group where Australia, Thailand, Middle East, South Africa are key markets). This pivotal role is responsible for driving revenue and profitability by developing and executing strategic initiatives, create a strong collision ecosystem, optimizing operational performance, and fostering strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Strategic Leadership & Growth:**
+ Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive regional collision strategies in close collaboration with the Collision Market Lead and the Global Collision Business Development team, ensuring alignment with global objectives and delivering sustained business growth for IMG Markets.
+ Identify market opportunities and competitive threats, formulating proactive strategies to expand market share and enhance profitability across all collision channels.
+ **Performance Management & Analytics:**
+ Lead regular Collision Business Scorecard reviews, tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business health, identify areas for improvement, and ensure accountability across the team.
+ Conduct in-depth collision business analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities within dealership-owned bodyshops, certified bodyshops, and parts revenue generated through wholesale channel partners, working with market leads to execute actionable plans.
+ **Innovation & Best Practice Development:**
+ Champion the exploration and implementation of new initiatives and technologies to drive collision business growth, such as advanced collision data collection and bidding platforms (e.g., CollisionLink or alternatives), enhanced insurance tie-ups, and robust bodyshop certification processes.
+ Facilitate the sharing of best practices and successful strategies across markets, providing expert support to local teams for the adoption of new programs and initiatives, including promoting parts sales to independent body shops (complimenting trade club / professional service network where applicable).
+ **Product & Network Expansion:**
+ Collaborate strategically with the RPP (Engineering) team to identify and release potential collision parts and child parts, capturing further market opportunities and expanding our product offering.
+ Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the IMG FCCN (Ford Certified Collision Network) workstream, ensuring program effectiveness, compliance, and network expansion.
+ **Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement:**
+ Act as a primary liaison with the ESB (Extended Service Business) team to foster and promote strategic insurance tie-ups and develop innovative insurance programs that drive business to our certified network.
+ Cultivate strong relationships with dealership partners, certified bodyshops, wholesale channel partners, and other external stakeholders to ensure collaborative success.
+ **Financial Planning & Budget Management:**
+ Oversee the comprehensive collision business planning and budget process for the region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

+ **Team Leadership & Development:**

**Senior Team Manager- Credit Risk Data Analytics**
It is recognized that the size and complexity of Shell Trading & Supply (T&S) has increased substantially over the past few years and the expectations around risk management from a regulatory perspective have also shifted for Energy Trading. As a result, and also recognising the potential to unlock additional value from enhanced risk management of our trading activities, a strategic decision has been made to make a major investment over the next 3-4 years to strengthen the risk management capabilities of the organisation from a people, process, data and systems perspective in both the first and second lines of defence.
The **Credit Data Analytics** team within Credit focuses on the delivery of regular and ad hoc credit risk reporting and portfolio analytics to the commercial teams, the risk management teams and various other stakeholders such as the TSLT, EC and the production of risk information which will flow into external financial reporting.
This role relates to Trading & Supply division (T&S). Primary stakeholders are commercial teams, credit risk managers located in T&S hubs of London, Houston, Rotterdam, Dubai and Singapore. The role is focused on providing support for credit reporting and analytics activities globally.
**Principal Accountabilities:**
+ The candidate will be responsible to lead and manage a high performing team that supports the development and operations of global credit risk reporting activities within T&S, including working with IT and other organisations to resolve issues where they arise.
+ Develop and conduct credit risk analytics on both a pre- and post-deal basis; including, but not limited to, Potential Future Exposure (PFE), portfolio analytics, expected credit loss (ECL), credit value adjustment (CVA), credit reserves and cost of credit analysis.
+ **Combine business understanding with logical data modelling and process design skills to integrate new T&S businesses and enhanced activities into global operations.**
+ Ensure reporting and analytical tools have clear and appropriate documentation and controls.
+ Develop and enhance appropriate data visualisations to support the use of credit reporting and analytics - e.g. Spotfire, Power BI and/or other visualisation tools.

RECRUITING FOR -

TEACHING ASSISTANTS / JR. FACULTY (NON - TEACHING PROFILE / Teaching Assistant / Junior Faculty) - Subject Expertise - (Marketing, Economics, Finance Operations & Data Analytics)

(Non-Teaching; Only Tutorials)

STRICTLY ONSITE


Salary Range - As per prevailing market (Competitive for candidates pursuing PhD and having atleast 4 years industry experience in the chosen subject area of expertise)

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend the weekly lectures conducted by the course instructors; ensure resource provision for the same
  • Record attendance of the class for all sessions;
  • Grade all assignments and exam answer books and establish the final grades for the students in their section(s);
  • Conduct tutorials as scheduled
  • Classes may be held on weekdays or weekends (subject to compensatory leave for having worked on a scheduled holiday)
  • Any other teaching/learning tasks as deemed fit by Program Office – such as examination invigilation; attending presentation based student assessments etc.
  • Assisting faculty members in different research activities, such as data collection; data cleaning; data analysis; proposal/report writing etc.


Qualifications

  • Should have postgraduate qualification in any of the following subjects/disciplines –Business Management; Marketing, Economics; Commerce; Industrial Engineering; Statistics; Social Sciences, MTech, MCA
  • Prior Experience is helpful but not necessary
  • Research and Teaching Assistance Experience in Business Schools of repute will be given preference
  • Those enrolled in PhD in any of the above mentioned subjects/areas would be accorded preference
  • Strong skills in written and spoken English and Excel is a minimum requirement
  • Knowledge and skills in data analysis tools like SPS
