3. ERP Business Analyst


What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze and document business requirements
  • Map processes and work with technical teams to configure ERP systems
  • Support end-user training, testing, and adoption
  • Recommend process or system improvements based on user feedback

Ideal Background:

ERP analysis experience, ideally in a client-facing or advisory environment. Strong functional knowledge of ERP workflows in finance, billing, or healthcare.

    - Can work independently and deliver with passion and accountability.

    **Qualifications**:

    - Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    - 6+ years of relevant experience
    - Experience and competence in business process automation and Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
    - Strong expertise in development of automated solutions using RPA tools like BluePrism.
    - Expertise in advanced capabilities of MS Excel - macros, VB, XML
    - Proficiency in solution development using Sharepoint/JS, Power Automate and PowerApps
    - Experience in delivering high quality solutions and other deliverables like design and user documentation.
    - Knowledge of object-oriented design methodology
    - Knowledge of project life cycle including development and testing (test planning and test execution).
    - Able to understand process flows and model using tools like Bizagi or Visio
    - BluePrism Certification is preferred.
    - Experience working with SAP ECC is beneficial.
    - Knowledge of supply chain processes is beneficial.
    - Able to work and communicate effectively and have time flexibility as part of a cross-geography and cross-cultural global team.
    - Required personality traits: Self-driven, Communicative, Structured, Systematic, Diligent & Follow-through, Quality-minded.
    - Fluent in English - Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
