Job Summary:

We are looking for a Call Centre Agent to manage incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism, efficiency, and empathy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications and Skills:
