**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to individuals or businesses using a prepared list of leads.
2. Introduce and explain our products or services to potential customers over the phone.
3. Answer any questions or concerns raised by customers and provide accurate and appropriate information.
4. Generate sales leads and identify potential customers through cold calling.
5. Set up appointments or meetings between prospective customers and the sales team.
6. Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.
7. Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure a high conversion rate.
8. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
10. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and other telecalling tools.
7. Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
