Our client is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join their entirely remote team, focused on e-commerce and social media. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. You will manage social media campaigns, optimize e-commerce platforms, and utilize various digital channels to reach target audiences. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Create engaging and compelling content (text, image, video) for social media posts, ads, and website.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce product listings and promotions.
  • Engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and social media management.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media campaigns and paid advertising initiatives.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating engaging copy.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns is a strong asset.
