This role is expected to closely work with the PQI & WQ domain with the following Organization-
**Product Quality & Innovation Segment of Business** - Quality segment of Business** - to the TA Head India Region, You will be act as **TA Partner** with all the above Business & Function Leaders and L1 to manage the mandates of hiring, The expectation is to drive the Talent Acquisition Standard work as per the guidelines laid by the management and ensure the hiring the needs are filled as per the Business need. Ensuring all the stakeholders are engaged and involved in the hiring process with complete detailing and help them in getting the right Talent through numerous resources
This position is part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team and the role will located either in **Mumbai or Bangalore** on a **hybrid Work Model.**
**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
+ Form close relationships with hiring managers, HRBP and TA Lead to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
+ Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
+ Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open.
+ Partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
+ Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
+ Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, naukri and other professional networks, devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
+ Management of ATS.
+ Management of Employee Referrals on ATS.
+ Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
+ Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
+ Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes, selection confirmation emails, offer processing notes to share with key stakeholders.
+ Should be able to support TA Lead in Dashboard management.
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ 8+ years of experience in relevant Industry, must have worked in MNC in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
+ Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional network, experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Naukri or any other job boards to proactively source candidates.
+ Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage front ending Business requirements and ensuring weekly / monthly / quarterly updates of hiring are appraised with Hiring Team and HR Team. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
+ Good Analytical skills, BI Tools, Dashboard Management
