About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition – IT professional, located in Bengaluru Old Airport Road. The Talent Acquisition professional will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT positions. The role involves developing and implementing employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.

Responsibilities
IT ASSETS RELATED:
- Ensure all IT Assets like Switches, Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Projectors, Accessories, Monitor Local Area Network, Printers etc. are monitored and maintained.
- Should tag all IT Assets appropriately and update the same in IT Asset Management module on Vector.
- Reports of IT assets must be maintained as a hard copy as approve format. Maintaining CCTV Factsheet report, vendor service report, support forms etc.
- Should Configure & Troubleshoot PC issues, Emails clients, Microsoft O365 Outlook or (OWA) Outlook Web Access, & other technical issues like system hang, virus attacks/infections, network connectivity failure etc. and report the same to respective Vertex or Vendor Support teams.
- Must keep a check on the UHF device by Ping the IP addresses of the devices and ensure 100% uptime.
- Must check all parent SR related raised for IT (Infra / Application) in the Integrated Service Request System.
- Installation and Support of Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 & above.
- Should monitor DNS, DHCP and Active Directory on Windows Server 2012 & above.
ERP RELATED:
- Must comply with the Enrollment & de-enrollment process as per the ERP list, ERP Application Support including multiple support tasks.
- Should verify the working status of Tally Application by logging into the same.
- Should verify and check the ERP Application URL to ensure working condition, check the assigned IT tickets and ensure resolution and closure as per defined TAT.
VENDORS REALTED:
- Must coordinate with the vendors for reporting and resolution of various issues with Servers, desktops, EPABX, PPL, etc. arising during BAU.
- The external vendor service reports, PM reports must be maintained as hard copies and must be filed in a filer for record keeping. Vendor support related issues must be reported by logging a ticket with the respective vendor.
- Should check VMS portal and VMS device & verify the printing of the visitor slip.
- Must login into Neo Track Web Portal to check Bus GPS and Tracking.
AUDIT RELATED:
- Network, servers, telephones & communication equipments health reports must be logged and maintained in Log Register with their working status. This is mandated requirement for audit and compliance.
Records must be produced on demand during Audits.
- Installation, Monitoring, Support & Maintenance of Surveillance equipment like CCTV DVRs, Cameras etc. and ensure 100 % uptime of the surveillance infrastructure. Follow and update the Daily Checklist.
- Should conduct Self-Audit on monthly basis as per the Audit Checklist.
