We’re looking for a Client Engagement Intern to join our remote team at FUME , India’s leading root-cause health transformation platform that has already helped 4,000+ clients reverse chronic lifestyle and hormonal disorders naturally.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients. You will welcome them over video consultations, understand their key challenges, share how FUME’s holistic health approach works, and guide them toward the most suitable next step in their journey.
This is a consultative, client-facing role where your focus is on building trust, simplifying health concepts, and ensuring that clients feel supported and understood.
This internship is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates who want to build a career in health, wellness, and client communication while gaining real-world experience in digital health consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 video consultations (15–20 mins) with new clients
- Listen actively to clients’ challenges and health goals
- Educate clients about FUME’s holistic health process in simple terms
- Provide empathetic guidance on the most suitable next steps
- Maintain accurate notes and records of all consultations
- Collaborate with senior health coaches for client support when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Final-year students or fresh graduates in Psychology, Communication, Public Health, or related fields
- Open to candidates from Life Sciences or Nutrition backgrounds with strong interest in holistic health (not mandatory)
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Comfortable with video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet)
- Empathetic, confident, and good listener
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable for client-facing video calls
- Should embody a healthy lifestyle
