Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage interaction with ISG Research’s existing clients (IT, BPO and Network service providers)

Skills Required:

  • Stakeholder Management - The ability to proactively troubleshoot client issues and work the client to resolve their issues in a satisfactory manner. Position Summary The Client Relations Specialist (CRS) manages a boutique to mid-size book of client service centric businesses with templated HR needs.

    - Build rapport with prospects and engage them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
    - Effectively communicate product/service offerings and promotions to generate interest and drive sales.
    - Utilize sales scripts and materials effectively to deliver consistent messaging and achieve sales targets.
    - Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including contact details, feedback, and outcomes, using CRM software.
    - Identify and qualify sales leads to pass on to the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.
    - Handle objections and concerns raised by prospects in a professional and courteous manner.
    - Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and performance targets.
    - Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and feedback sessions.
    - Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices for enhancing sales performance.
    - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements at all times.

    **Requirements**:

    - Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field preferred.
    - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and confident speaking voice.
    - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships over the phone.
    - Persuasive and results-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    - Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team.
    - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is desirable.
    - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
    - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
