Job Summary:

The Client Relationship Officer will be stationed at the client’s location and will be responsible for day-to-day servicing of the Group Mediclaim and GPA policies.   • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Good liaisoning and relationship management abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of GMC/GPA policy wordings, claims settlement processes, and required documentation.
