Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic interviews, psychometric testing, and behavioral observations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices for various mental health disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders).
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions using a range of therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy).
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Supervise and mentor junior psychologists, interns, and trainees, providing guidance and feedback on clinical work.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure integrated patient care.
- Participate in case conferences, treatment team meetings, and departmental initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of clinical programs and services.
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in clinical psychology and mental health.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid license to practice psychology in India.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of post-doctoral clinical experience, with demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating a diverse range of mental health conditions.
- Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and psychometric assessment tools.
- Experience in clinical supervision and program development is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional development.
- Experience with telehealth platforms and delivering services remotely is advantageous for the hybrid component of the role.
