In this role, a typical day will look like:
Platform Engineering Leadership
- Lead the design, development, and operations of Esko's Cloud Platform — a multi-tenant, API-first, secure and scalable foundation for Esko's SaaS products.
- Oversee core services, identity & access, observability, DevOps tooling, and cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS).
- Drive architectural modernization towards containerized, event-driven, and microservices-based systems.
AI Engineering & Enablement
- Build and scale the engineering foundation for AI services, working on projects such as semantic extraction, compliance intelligence, variant generation, and packaging knowledge graph.
- Partner with Product and Data Science to operationalize models — from prototype to production — using MLOps best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Esko's Responsible AI and Data Governance principles.
Technical & People Leadership
- Lead a growing team of 15–20 engineers and tech leads across cloud, AI, and platform enablement domains.
