• The Cloud Security and DLP SME is responsible for managing and optimizing DLP policies across endpoints, cloud services, Web, Network and collaboration platforms:
• Review and fine-tune existing DLP policies to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy.
• Collaborate with Customer business stakeholder and cross functional tower leads to identify new policy requirements and prioritize them in the DLP backlog
• Implement policy changes through structured change management processes
• Monitor and triage high and critical severity DLP alerts on a daily basis (typically 8x5 coverage)
• Investigate incidents, validate true positives, and escalate as needed to SOC or compliance teams.
• Provide feedback to improve alert logic and reduce noise
• Participate in monthly and quarterly governance reviews to present DLP performance, SLA adherence, and improvement plans
• Deliver monthly service reports and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders
• Track KPIs such as alert volumes, policy effectiveness, and incident closure rates.
• Work closely with SOC teams, security architects, and compliance leads to align DLP controls with business and regulatory requirements
• Support onboarding of new data sources and integration
• Contribute to transformation initiatives such as AI-led enrichment and automation of DLP workflowsTool / Technology: MS Sentinel and LogicApps

Cloud Security Architect Key result areas

Identify , design and document cloud-native security solutions to meet customer security and compliance needs , e.g. o Log Analytics agents o Azure Defender plans o Azure Kubernetes security o Azure API Management Service security

Verify the implementation of the customer Security Controls Framework in the customer Azure tenant and document the controls in the Azure DevOps Wiki.

Work closely with the customer Information & Cybersecurity department to further strengthen the customer cloud security stance. o Improve Azure Secure Score by supporting the workload owners to implement Azure Defender for Cloud recommendations.

Analyze security requirements for new projects coming to the cloud and design the appropriate technical implementation

What You’ll Do:

• Perform security assessments and audits of our infrastructure, identifying and mitigating security gaps and weaknesses.
• Proven expertise in using Terraform and other infrastructure as code tools, managing vulnerabilities, policies and implementing best practices.
• Partner with Aquanow engineering teams to understand and resolve security incidents that arise on their services.
• Conduct in-depth security reviews of application code, working closely with developers to code securely from the outset and address issues early during coding and testing phases.
• Experience with SAST, SCA, and DAST, with the ability to address real-world challenges in these areas.
• Implement and manage security tools within the CI/CD pipeline, focusing on DevSecOps practices
• Monitor and analyze logs, events, and metrics to identify security incidents, potential breaches, and emerging threats.
• Understand runtime security, image scanning, network security, access control, host OS hardening, and vulnerability management in the container lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans, procedures, and playbooks for effective handling of security incidents and breaches.

• Maintaining security hardening configurations and guidance for the diverse set of services available across our cloud environments.

You’ll Need to Have:

• 5+ years of Security Engineering experience preferably in AWS Cloud and at least 2 of the following areas: cloud security, web application security, incident response, threat hunting, and cyber security operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, best practices, and common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10)
• Familiar with SAST, DAST, Fuzzing, and other tools.
• Experience with Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Jira, Confluence & Terraform / CloudFormation (Infrastructure as a code)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, antivirus, and vulnerability scanners.
• Good understanding of cloud security architecture, security assessments, audit standards for the Cloud, security threats in the cloud.
