We are looking for a dedicated Coding teacher to join our 98thPercentile family. 

Roles and responsibilities:  

• Engaging Instruction: The teacher should create a dynamic and interactive learning environment to actively engage the students. This can be done through a variety of methods, such as using visual aids, multimedia presentations, interactive coding exercises, and real-world examples. The teacher should encourage participation and foster discussions to keep students interested and motivated throughout the lessons.
• Effective Communication: An excellent online coding teacher needs strong communication skills to explain complex coding concepts clearly and concisely. They should be able to adapt their teaching style to suit the individual learning needs of each student in the small group. Providing timely and constructive feedback is essential to help students understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
• Problem-Solving Focus: The teacher should emphasize problem-solving skills and encourage students to think critically when approaching coding challenges. They can guide students through the process of breaking down complex problems into manageable parts, exploring different strategies, and developing logical solutions.
