We are looking for a proactive HR Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to manage onboarding, payroll, and compliance for our U.S. workforce. Strong knowledge of California labor laws is mandatory , along with hands-on experience in benefits administration and HRIS systems like ADP or Paycom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding , documentation, and system setup.
- Coordinate payroll processing accurately and on time using ADP, Paycom, or similar systems.
- Ensure full compliance with California labor laws and maintain HR records.
- Administer benefits programs , handle enrollments, and respond to employee queries.
- Maintain HRIS data and generate management reports .
- Collaborate with teams to resolve HR issues efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
