Responsibilities:

● Conduct land surveys and soil testing (load-bearing capacity) to ensure suitability for poly house

construction.

● Oversee site preparation activities including land leveling, drainage setup, and base foundation

work.

● Review poly house designs and drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and

agricultural standards.

● Assist in the preparation of detailed project plans, including timelines, resource requirements,

and cost estimates.

● Recommend design modifications if any based on site conditions and project constraints.

● Supervise and manage the construction of poly house structures, including frame erection

(steel/aluminum/PVC), installation of coverings (polyethylene film, polycarbonate sheets), and

foundation work (RCC, brickwork).

● Oversee the setup of internal systems such as irrigation, ventilation, cooling pads, and shading

nets.

● Ensure that construction meets quality standards, and industry codes, and follows health and

safety regulations.

● Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and within the

project schedule.

● Estimate and follow up for procurement of required raw materials (steel, polycarbonate sheets,

irrigation systems, etc.) for the project.

● Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

● Optimize resource utilization, including manpower and equipment, to achieve project

milestones.

● Work closely with site in charge to ensure that the poly house meets the intended design and

operational requirements.

● Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure the smooth execution

of construction activities.

● Provide regular updates to the project manager and other stakeholders on project progress,

delays, or risks.

● Identify cost-saving opportunities during construction and propose value engineering

alternatives.

● Ensure that construction activities adhere to specified quality standards and that all materials

used are of appropriate quality.

● Conduct regular inspections and audits of the construction process to identify any defects or

areas requiring rework.

● Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and environmental regulations.

● Oversee development of Ponds / Lagoons / Water bodies / Lakes

● Maintain detailed records of project activities, including daily progress reports, material usage

● Handover the poly house to the operations team with all necessary documentation, including as-

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years for BE/B Tech candidates, 4-5 years for Diploma candidates

Qualifications


  • 10+ years’ DAS Construction management experience with in-building distributed antenna systems (IDAS)
  • Associate’s degree in related field required or a minimum of five years equivalent experience in a similar technical management position
  • Extensive relevant technical experience to include fundamental understanding of iDAS, oDAS, BTS, repeater systems and other related systems.
  • Familiarity with business concepts related to the use of information technologies and networking in all aspects of business and organizational operations for the achievement of business/operating objectives
  • Think critically and problem solve
  • Handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion
  • Good judgment
  • Organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Telecommunications industry
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Current industry-related licenses and certifications preferred
  • Hands On Installation / Construction Experience Required
  • PIM – Passive InterModulation Testing and Troubleshooting with Kaelus or similar.
  • Fiber – Corning Certification preferred – Ability to train others how to install, splice and test fiber optic cable including OTDR review from EXFO, Fluke, VIAVI or similar.
  • Coax Cable Connections – Ability to train and mentor others on proper techniques for coax cable connectorization. Experience with JMA Compression Connectors preferred.
  • Electrical Knowledge – Must have basic knowledge of electrical code and Low Voltage and High Voltage power designs including breakers, power meters, etc. to manage subcontractors.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening (no misdemeanor or felony convictions).
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a minimum of 1 years driving experience.
  • Ability to use MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) for reporting.
  • OSHA10 Certification Required, OSHA30 strongly preferred.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager Construction Accounting will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial accounting functions within the company. This role requires a deep understanding of construction accounting principles, financial management, and compliance. The Assistant Manager Construction Accounting will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining fiscal discipline, and supporting the overall success of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have worked in construction accounting/contractor accounting, a person who has knowledge of % completion method of accounting and worked on project profitability.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for all aspects of the accounting operations and cash management of the Company, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.

Duties:

Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries and ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transaction. Prepare and Analyse the monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  • Ensure the monthly close is complete with all general ledger accounts reconciled and analysed, as appropriate, with variance analysis.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the construction draw process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds for construction activities.
  • Manage the yearly audit and tax compliance process, including ensuring all information is in complete, accurate and available for the tax preparers and auditors.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Ensuring control over actual expenses vs Budget and participate in cash management position and forecasting.
  • Provide management with information vital to the decision-making process.
  • Oversee the use of Yardi, the Company's Property and Accounting software.
  • Should have knowledge of preparing project profitability report and percentage of completion method of accounting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Continuously assess accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementation of new processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring an efficient operation, maximizing use of technology.

Requirements:

1. CA / CPA with 2-3 years of experience in the real estate / construction industry.

2. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality of deliverables.

3. Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4. Must have excellent work ethic, high integrity, and excellent follow-up skills.

5. Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills in decision making.

6. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

7. Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

8. Superior ability to track and meet deadlines, focused on overcoming obstacles.

9. High level of computer skills, including extensive experience with Yardi, PROCORE, or similar real estate accounting systems.

10. Ability to take initiative and manage teams effectively.
