Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead site operations for real estate projects in Malad. The ideal candidate should have 7–10 years of experience in civil execution, grading, drainage, road layout, and foundation works, preferably in residential/commercial real estate.
General Civil works Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD General Arrangement Drawings, Civil Grading Design, Grading Sections, Road layout & sections, Cut-fill calculations, Soil-Erosion layout & details etc. Understanding on steel/concrete structure & foundations Any other civil structural software packages will be an added advantage

Responsibilities
- Support Civil Sr. Engineer to complete civil engineering project scope activity
- Manage all civil project related deliverables to meet Project and Business objectives as well as In-Service Targets.
- Review and validate Legal Survey documents
- Validate Civil Preliminary drawing, site layout drawings (initial Civil Drawings)
- Support in processing Public Consultation/ Municipal Approval/ NAV Canada Approval, Transport Canada Approval for Site acquisition process
- Manage Civil Site Work Order (CWO) for main site and tie site (if MW transmission is used).
- Complete foundation design based on tower design
- Request a Structural Tower Assessment from Engineer of Record (EOR) for Tower and Rooftop sites (if required) to understand the load capacity of supporting structure
- Able to prepare & review construction Drawing (towers and rooftops) which includes all structural, electrical, elevation drawing as required.
- Civil reinforcement Drawings awareness
- Prepare Civil Material BOM loaded into ADM
- Manage As-build Construction Drawings - ADM (Field Vizion) Checklist
- Post Construction Inspection report (PCI) - ADM (Field Vizion) Checklist
- Establish and maintain communication channels with team members, senior management, equipment vendors, Telcos and third-party operators to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and delivery of construction projects, including new buildings, renovations, and infrastructure improvements.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans in collaboration with university leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee project design review, procurement, contractor selection, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with university policies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and budget adherence; prepare and present regular status reports.
- Manage and mentor project managers and support staff within the projects team.
- Ensure sustainable building practices and energy efficiency considerations are integrated into projects.
- Collaborate with campus departments to align construction projects with academic and operational needs.
- Serve as a key advisor to university leadership on construction and capital project matters.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within higher education or institutional environments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.

- Conducting Internal & External Project Kick Off Meeting
- Preparing the project plan, schedule & milestone as per contractual requirements.
- Co-ordinating with Design, SCM & Asset Management Team at respective project stages, to ensure the Receivables & Deliverable from respective team is on time & as per requirements.
- Ensuring Smooth & Effective management & communication with - Customer, Own- er's Engineers, PMC, Project Developer Team.
- Oversee all aspects of planning, execution, commissioning, and closeout on a given project or group of projects.
- Precisely define the scope of the project; prepare the project schedule and update the schedule as it evolves.
- Propose the project budget and then manage the project so that it doesn't cause cost overruns.
- Ensure the project team has the supplies and human resources necessary to get the project done on time and on budget.
- Identify and minimize potential risks to the project timeline and budget.
- Communicate the project's progression to management and ensure the quality of the team's work and any supplies or materials used by the team.
- Preparing & Sharing the Weekly progress reports to internal team & customers.
- Travel to site locations will be required to support specific activities and objectives.
- Ensuring Compliance with Pre-Commissioning & commissioning protocols & standards
