Knowledge

Skills & Experience:

  • Graduate or above
  • 10+ years of experience into Fee Billing & Fee Management operations & Business Analysis.
  • In-depth experience working Finance environment
  • Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx would be preferred.
  • Exposure to Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Custody products
  • Experience of Microsoft Outlook and Office
  • Understanding of complex Fee Billing processes (preferably within Banking environment)
  • Extensive data manipulation and transformation experience

Internal Eligibility Criteria:

  • 24 months as Consultant

  • Understanding of governance function in finance, risk and regulatory reporting
  • Working knowledge of Data Quality Framework (BCBS239 Standard)
  • Experience in using data virtualization (TDV) and business intelligence tools (Spotfire)
  • Ability to analyze datasets and develop data quality rules using SQL queries
  • Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot), Word and Visio,

    For ICAs, create inventories, challenge content, validate content provided by outsourcing managers, support ICA Program Lead to redesign the ICA program to meet RCE deadlines, ensure that we are in compliance with all RCE programs, and connect the dots between programs within the Service Governance team.

    Major Duties :1. Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise

    • Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities
    • Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
    • Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity

    Knowledge :

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
    • In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
    • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
    • Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff.

    Experience :Seasoned expert with extensive technical and business knowledge and functional expertise that has been developed over 15+ years and/or equivalent experience.
